Workday Analyst

What will your role entail?

As a Workday Analyst, you will configure and maintain Workday systems to support HR, payroll, and finance needs. This role involves collaborating with teams to understand requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring smooth system functionality. You’ll also provide user support and training to maximize efficiency and resolve issues. Your efforts will drive continuous improvement, making Workday a valuable tool for the organization.

Expertise, History & Personal Traits:

Expertise: Skilled in Workday configuration, reporting, data analysis, and system integration.
History: Requires a Master’s or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 1 year of IT experience, including exposure to Workday projects.
Personal Traits: Detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
